A message to our valued guests:
SoHo Hotel Toronto is open and delighted to welcome you. To protect our guests as well as our team, we have implemented some ease on our health and safety measures. As we continue to follow the recommended government and public health guidelines, we ask that you please be patient and kind with us as we adjust to these changing mandates. We invite you to carefully read our health and safety initiatives and protocols to provide our guests with peace of mind during their stay.
All SoHo Hotel Toronto team members will still be wearing masks as a precaution and choice of the hotel.
We will contact you either by phone or by email whenever possible, should it be necessary for us to change a part of your stay with us. Of course, should you wish to cancel your reservation due to any updated restrictions or if you are feeling unwell, please contact us.
The safety and approach only a small boutique hotel can offer
- SoHo Hotel stands at four storeys;
- We now offer contactless check-in and check-out;
- Individual HVAC in every guest room/suite, and an ion air filtration system;
- Elevators to only three hotel floors provide guests less crowding and queues, and a limit of two people per elevator;
- Touchless wave automatic door opener technology installed at our front entrance;
- Dyson Airblade HEPA-filtered, touch-free hand dryers installed in all our public washrooms (HEPA filters capture 99.7% of particles, including bacteria and viruses in the air – hygienically dries hands with clean air).
